Joan RN was extremely pleasant and professional in caring for my mother. I've been a RN for 15 years and I can tell the difference between a nurse going through the motions and going beyond the scope of her job. I also am aware of the DAISY Award and what it stands for. Nurses like Joan, I can tell, go beyond her duties on a nightly basis. She listens to concerns, questions, and comments. She's not afraid to call the doctor at 2 AM for a patient's concern or need.
