I nominate Joan Weaver RN. Joan is an excellent nurse and cares for her patients, families and co-workers with an open heart and an open ear. She is the nurse that is there when you need someone to listen, a shoulder to cry on, a sincere laugh or need directions to a person or department within the hospital or community.
