During my admission to the ICU Joana provided me with the best of care. She treated me like I was one of her family and provided her help and assistance without any request. She assisted with my eating, sleeping, bathing, and turning. She took care of my wounds and provided me with the care that meets more than I needed. She would answer all of the questions and explain everything to me and would answer and explain things to me in a sincere and dedicated way. I am taking this opportunity to thank her, knowing that it is not enough.
