Joann is a lifesaver. She not only cares about her patients, but you can tell she cares for her team as well. I have had the pleasure of her as a nurse. She works fast but does not make you feel like she is rushing you. Joann is very respectful and genuinely cares and wants her patient to have the best outcome. You are lucky to have a nurse like her at your hospital.
