Joann Mattson, LPN

What a bright light! Joann genuinely is truly a ray of sunshine in that not only is she very caring, but she also has amazing customer service skills and bedside manner and is truly positive and motivating. She made my last day in the hospital memorable and helped me get in the "right mindset" for heading home to recover. I will remember her quote, "You can never fail if you try". She mentioned she is retiring this fall and I wish her all the best. I can only begin to imagine the countless number of lives she has touched. Thank you, Joann.
