Joann is always an awesome team player. However, on a day when I had eight patients, she came in, and without asking if I needed help, just jumped in and helped pass meds and with patient care. Then we both were able to help out our other awesome co-worker take care of her patients! She was there in a moment's notice to help during my MET team and sending my patient back to the acute side. I would not have made it through that day the way I did without her. Joann always has my back!
