Joann made the worst situation much better by being so kind and caring and taking amazing care of my husband. My husband is 55 and has metastatic Prostate cancer that has spread to his brain and everywhere. He is unable to speak or move on his own. She calms him and makes it possible for him to rest pain-free. She has been a wonderful person and very attentive to every need that my husband has. She has made this heart-wrenching time much easier to bear. She drops everything to come and help him calm down and gives him medication to help with the pain. She is so caring to all the patients here. She is very patient and wonderful to a degree that I did not would know was possible in the medical field. She truly cares and has the most beautiful smile. No matter how sad the situation is she can make anyone smile. Is very patient with me as my husband is in the process of dying. The changes make me scared as his breathing changes. She explained things on a level our family can understand. She gives him the most wonderful care to a degree we didn’t know was possible for a non family member. She always smiles and is so kind. I am so happy to see her as we feel she makes this hard time much easier to get through.
