Joanna has taken care of our mother on several occasions. Joanna has consistently shown compassion, patience, and concern for our mom and for us. She always answered questions, explained procedures and even updated family members when they called from the West Coast. Joanna was on duty the night our mother passed and did everything she could to make our mom comfortable. She constantly checked on mom and also made sure our family was comfortable as well since we stayed with mom while she passed away. Bridgeport Hospital is very fortunate to have her on staff.
