Joanna Pennachio was very caring, loving, and compassionate. She went above and beyond for me in making sure I was OK in every way possible. She is the true definition of what a nurse should be and how a human being should be treated. I have been hospitalized and had prior surgeries and have never received the kindness and compassion she displayed. She even went so far as to write, "Best Wishes for a speedy recovery!" on my discharge folder. I am so thankful she did that. I had to go back again for another procedure and I requested Joanna and she was my nurse. I wasn't even nervous this time.
