“Joanna Rhea was above professional, courteous, kind and very efficient. Unlike most people she seemed very happy to be there. She always smiled and had a joke for me. I went through so many painful tests and she did her best to keep me comfortable and out of pain. I had requested a solo room when I learned how long I would have to stay. Joanna got one for me but I didn’t want it after I learned it wouldn’t be on her floor. She made my visit tolerable and brought some pleasure to my days!”
