From the moment I was brought to my room after surgery (11 hours), Joanna comforted and cared for me with an exceptional patient experience. I knew I was in good hands. The first day I was able to see myself in the mirror I cried feeling so disgusted. Joanna reassured me that I was a brave and strong woman and comforted me. She demonstrated compassion beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Joanna gave me confidence that I would overcome the feelings that I was having. We spoke about our families, shared stories, etc. My husband said that he had never seen such compassion and caring and dedication to her patient. Joanna took the time to listen to me and explain what was happening. She made me feel safe and gave me her positive vibes.
