Joanna Tso, RN

After our introduction, G stated, “I needed to tell you about my nurse last night. Her name is Joanna, and she was great”. G gave a little background of his medical history, stating he previously had 4 strokes and came in to be evaluated for a possible 5th; however, they found him to have pneumonia. G could not say enough about his positive experiences under the watchful eye and caring hand of Joanna Tso. G stated several times during our conversation that Joanna did all the small things right. She was kind, took the time to explain things, and was responsive and timely throughout the night. He stated, “Do you know she assisted me to the bathroom every time? Also, when I told her how happy I was with my care, she told me that other people were caring for me too, like she didn’t want the recognition without sharing it with the team. She is just too kind,” G asked that I pass on his feedback and make sure Joanna is recognized for the care and comfort she provided during his hospital stay.
