When we came into the ward, I was nervous and apprehensive about the VA System. Joanna continuously put me at ease with her professionalism and knowledge. She was at my continuous undelayed service every time I called her, regardless if it was for medication or personal need. Joanna exhibited a constant positive attitude always with a smile and at her pleasure. There was no room at the Fisher House for my wife, who had to stay in my room with me. Joanna also was very helpful and accommodating to her as well, which helped put my mind at ease. I have no complaints about the rest of the staff, although Joanna really was far and above and stood out as quite an asset employee of the VA and role model to coworkers. We were very fortunate to have had Joanna the entire time I was in the hospital. We are very grateful for all she has done.
