Joanna Wildauer, RN

Joanna was part of a team of compassionate nurses that made it possible for our family to all be together to celebrate a wedding despite my sister-in-law’s terminal cancer prognosis. Her recent massive stroke had taken the use of the left side of her body. Joanna worked with others to allow C to not only view her son’s wedding, but also participate in a staff-produced reception in her room. Her tireless efforts were physical proof of the goodness in humanity and nursing. This is a moment in time that will forever remain in our hearts.
