Joanna Woodman is the kindest person I have ever met. She listens to me complain and tries everything in her power to calm me. She often requests that I send photos of my wound to her so that I don’t have to make so many trips to Boston.

She makes sure to give me enough supplies to dress my wound until added supplies are delivered to me. She makes a note of instructions for me to follow the daily home care.

Joanna has allowed me to call n her cell phone # and always returns the call promptly to me. (Sometimes from her home). She has made referrals to me to help treat my compromised skin and veins. She always inquires about my pain level and is a very empathetic person. She has found ways to “fit me in” when I can get rides to be seen. I’ve been with lots of nurses, but she is the best! I know I could fill this back page as well with accolades for Joanna.

When I didn’t have enough money for the huge CO pay for an Rx, she called around to locate a pharmacy that could send it to me for $150.00 less than the lowest prices I could find. Yes, she is compassionate and is so suited to her vocation. As much as she inspires me to be kind to others, I could never do the admirable work that she does.
