Right when our first shift nurse in labor and delivery left, Joanne didn't miss a beat. She was extremely attentive, supportive, and very enthusiastic about my wife's care. Any worries and fears were extinguished with her carefree tone. Her knowledge of procedures and policies were extremely comforting and we felt safe in her capable hands. She gave a motherly touch that helped soothe and relax my wife during labor and delivery. Gave us a nostalgic feeling that reminded us of a nurturing side that was experienced when we were little. Please thank her from the bottom of our hearts. We will make sure our daughter knows about the care and kindness we received at Saint Barnabas.
