... I recently took a phone call from a patient who had received a wound consult visit from Joanne and she commented that Joanne was exceptional. She stated that she "really knows her stuff". She reported that Joanne treated her with respect and she was very helpful to her with her care. She commented that out of all the nurses who had visited, Joanne stood out. She just could not say enough about how that one visit Joanne made to her was important and valued. Thank you Joanne for the exceptional care you provide to our patients every day!
