The first night that I had Joanne as my nurse I knew the night would be good. My port tape was coming off and Joanne noticed it without me saying anything about it. Not only did she change it, but she also cleaned the skin around the port very well. When Joanne walks into my room the 1st thing she says is, "hello and how has your day been?" She really cares about her patients and she listens to them.
