Joanne is a nurse that all nurses should strive to be like. I came in for surgery on Monday March 31st at 5:30 AM and in walked this wonderful woman that had a presence that instantly made me feel calm and safe. She explained everything clearly and answered my questions with patience. After the surgery she cared for me like I was family; was stern but loving. She is an exceptional nurse that I believe does not get the credit she so obviously deserves! Please, give Joanne the DAISY award for being such a passionate and purpose-fulfilling nurse! Thank you!
