Joanne took the time to call to find out that they were serving visitors. What a kind act. She did not have to make the call, she was so busy.
Joanne was so attentive, professional, and caring during our initial post op recovery. My husband had a surgical procedure and was extremely groggy. Joanne was very attentive, checked his 02 sat often, and made it a point for him and me to hear how well his vitals were doing. And when it was time to check his blood sugar she profusely apologized for having to prick his finger. Later there were many admissions but Joanne made my husband feel as if she had just one patient! She even called the cafeteria to help me get a sandwich for me. I was told by security that the café was not open to visitors. However, Joanne took the time to call to find out that they were serving visitors. What a kind act. She did not have to make the call, she was so busy. Later she was very reassuring when I was concerned about the color of the urine. She made me and my husband feel so special. His recovery went so smoothly after the initial post-op care. Thank you very much, Joanne.
