Joanne Mandell, RN

Joanne has been such a support system for myself and my fellow nurse residency group. She is so knowledgeable, calm, patient, and hardworking. I never feel afraid to ask her a question big or small. I feel safer practicing as a new nurse, knowing that Joanne is working with me. Not a shift goes by where I do not seek advice or guidance from Joanne and I am always met with a smile and an answer. I never feel alone when I am here. She has made my transition into nursing easier and more enjoyable. I am so impressed by her expertise everyday and I wanted to recognize her efforts.
