Joanne came to us during a shift change and was an absolute breath of fresh air!
She went above and beyond what was expected of her. Following up with us consistently and taking notes diligently at the beginning of her shift with my wife, who had specific details to her care after having a C-section. She even went so far as to stay with my wife when she went in for more procedures and surgery. Joanne would stay behind the scenes to observe and be a cheerleader for D's speedy recovery. I knew right away when she came in the room she was an exceptional nurse who truly cared about the details of her patient. She even followed up when D wasn't her patient. She seemed to be a young nurse with a very bright future and passion to care for others. She was great, to say the least!
