Joanne took time out of her lunch break to assist my husband and me in making a difficult and sensitive decision. I was in another unit at this time and was no longer her patient but she did not want a doctor who did not know us to discuss this difficult decision about a baby we had lost. We were very touched and grateful. She made our day a little brighter. What a great nurse!
