Very caring and active listener. Joanne was very gentle in explaining everything I needed. She did not rush me and was very compassionate on doing her job. She constantly explained every step on the matter of what she was going to do and presently repeated it again, so I made sure I understood what she was doing. She assured me I would be taken care of and seen soon.

Joanne was very attentive and caring. I am currently pregnant, and she made sure that I was as comfortable as possible, providing snacks and blankets during my long time in the emergency room. She was also very caring and thoughtful in the application of the medicine given and during the examination.
