I had complete confidence in the care Joanne was providing and knew she was going above and beyond to ensure the best health outcome for my mother.
My mother had an acute medical crisis resulting in her stay in the ICU. Joanne was at the start of four consecutive 12-hour days when my mom was admitted, and Joanne was assigned as her nurse.

For four days, Joanne was tireless in her support and advocacy for my mom, who was unable to advocate for herself. Every day when I was visiting, Joanne never stopped her active nursing. She was sensitive to every shift in my mom's condition, including things like advocating for changes to a pressor medication that my mom was not tolerating well, and knowing that my mom didn't like the cherry chapstick, so we brought a vanilla.

Even though my mom couldnt talk for the first few days, it was like Joanne could read her mind. Not only was she an incredible advocate and caregiver for my mom, but she was also incredibly supportive of my brother and me. She was patient and thorough in providing us with comprehensive updates about my mom's condition and answering my many, many questions.

Joanne made a very scary situation much calmer and more tolerable. I had complete confidence in the care Joanne was providing and knew she was going above and beyond to ensure the best health outcome for my mother. Joanne did this all with good humor and kindness. Under Joannes amazing care, Mom's health stabilized, and she was able to transition out of the ICU and make excellent progress.

We are so grateful to Joanne and want to express our gratitude and recognize her for her outstanding nursing.
