Joanne is such an awesome nurse. I have many reasons to say why. During our busy season Joanne received a call about one of her co-workers going into labor early. Joanne stepped in and covered three clinics along with her own. She helped cover by coming into work early each day and leaving late and coming in on days off. One time when a mother of one of our patients became extremely upset regarding insurance non-coverage for a long awaited procedure Joanne stepped in to work with insurance, kept in touch with her until authorization was given and patient received the procedure. This mother was filled with relief and gratitude for Joanne's caring intervention.
