Joannie Awtry, RN

Joannie was exceptionally kind and helpful. She sat with me, when I was struggling, and even made a point to come back and sit with me while she charted, after her other patients were taken care of. She talked with me about my life and shared about herself. And when I couldn't eat solid food, she went as far as to bring me a smoothie when she came in for her shift. She treated me with care and respect in every encounter. And I got nothing but exceptional kindness and support. She showed this to me, over the course of multiple shifts, always willing to talk and help me through what I was struggling with.
