Jocelyn has a quiet, peaceful, and patient way of caring, which has a calming effect on her professional care. She was a ray of sunshine to my husband! His hair was so oily, and he was needing a bath after two days of surgery. Jocelyn was very attentive and could see exactly what he needed without us asking her. Her attention to detail and observation was spot on! She gave him personal care by bathing him and getting his hair clean. By the time she was finished, he felt so relaxed and happy. He's gotten excellent care by the ICU team & with Jocelyn. She provided a human touch, care, and concern for his personal hygiene. He was grateful and happy to get cleaned up.
