Thank you so much for the fabulous care you provided after my knee replacement surgery. The last 2.5 years have been such a struggle. It has been demoralizing and hopeless at times. I had very low expectations of the process and the institution, but you changed all that. Your nurture and caring really made a huge difference. I was amazed at how warm and kind you were, even when I was quite frustrated and fussy. Thanks for being the sunshine I needed on a cloudy day. I couldn't have done it without you and I truly admire your ability to give that much of yourself to others day in and day out. You are amazing and Kaiser is lucky to have you!
