Nurse Jocelyn has an amazing, soothing way to communicate with her patients. Due to my situation, I was feeling down, sad and did not want to speak. It's like she immediately picked up on it, and in her own charismatic way, she actually did bring a big smile to my face. She also continuously checked and made sure that I was comfortable and adhering to safety precautions for my safety. I appreciated her patience, kindness, and excellent bedside manner. She was part of a team that did truly make my stay at this hospital very comfortable. Thank you for being so compassionate and very skillful. You showed me true kindness and I will never forget you. Thank you.
