When My husband took a turn for the worse, Jocelyn was right there to lend her support. When I became difficult while dealing with the reality of my husband becoming terminal she was understanding and supportive. When I was overwhelmed with staff confronting me with questions and decisions she intervened on my behalf. Without Jocelyn, I could not have made it during the early days of having to deal with this overwhelming situation.
