Jocelyn Serrano Serrano, RN

Jocelyn Serrano has worked in the ED at St. Louise Hospital since 2021. She received several heartfelt nominations from both patients and their family members. One family member stated that Jocelyn was so invested in her mother's condition and ensured she felt happy before leaving the emergency department. She is described as an angel, an amazing nurse, and something special! Another patient stated that her care made a very scary experience less terrifying - and made the complicated medical terminology easier to understand. "She even held my hand and talked me through it, I don't think I would have gotten through the night without her".
