HN Macasa was very professional and timely! Anything I asked for he delivered immediately. He didn’t make me feel like I was asking for too much even when I kept asking to adjust my bed or for ice, or apple juice. He comforted me when I was throwing up and it made me feel regular not like a patient. He also fixed the TV for me multiple times. I hope he excels in his career, I can tell he actually likes his job.
