Jodi is always willing to help any patient who is in need. Recently a patient left the hospital AMA and needed to return for their health. Jodi relentlessly called the patient daily and took many calls from the patient to persuade the patient to return to the hospital for care. She continually showed respect and sensitivity toward the patient. Jodi was able to persuade the patient back to the hospital. She met the patient in the Emergency Department and made sure the patient was taken care of. This is only one instance of her commitment to the patient and Stormont Vail Health.
