Jodi has a positive attitude that is contagious to everyone who is around her. She truly cares about each one of our patients, getting to know them by their first name. When they are done with their appointment, she always calls them by their name and says, "have a great day!' Recently we had a mother pregnant with twins who was in for a routine appointment. She was unexpectedly found to be dilated. She needed to be admitted to HROB; so Jodi took her over in a wheelchair. The next day Jodi stopped to check up on the patient while dropping off a different patient. What a smile it brought to the patient's face to see Jodi again. We found that our patient was still in the hospital and will probably be there until delivery. Jodi was so kind to think of her. She brought her a gift basket of things to keep her busy. I think Jodi embodies all the great qualities of being a nurse here at Sanford and I am lucky to work with her.
