Jodi Dolezel does an amazing job of putting together educational opportunities on our unit and is helping us to change our practice!

Jodi wears many hats; she is both our clinical coordinator and will jump in to be a staff nurse when the unit is short staffed!

Jodi has a plethora of knowledge but is as humble as can be!

Jodi recently assisted us with a difficult clinical situation. She assisted us when our patient was receiving an exchange transfusion; she stayed on the unit till 10:30 PM to make sure the staff had the backup support in caring for the patient. Little did the staff know, it was her birthday and she missed the birthday celebration her family had planned in her honor. Jodi put the patient and staff needs before her own personal needs.
