Jodi (JoJo) was nominated by patient family members for her joyful presence and ability to anticipate patients' needs.

Some of her patients' comments read, “Leaving your loved one in the hospital is scary enough, but knowing that they are getting the best care is very helpful. JoJo was so personable, caring, and quick to help with any request we made. She even spoke with Dr. A to see if my husband's surgery could take place earlier than expected and did her best to make him comfortable the whole time.

JoJo got us ready for discharge with such care as well. She ensured we had the supplies and training we needed while making us feel like part of a family. She always answered every call with a great smile, and we will miss her care. Nursing is tough work, and we were so very blessed that JoJo took up this calling. I wish I could have brought her home."

Her kindness, genuine concern, and knowledge were palpable. She checked all the medical equipment, ensured I had no questions or needs, and came with medications on time. She was fun to be with, and my roommate loved her. JoJo is a skilled, knowledgeable nurse with true concern and compassion for her patients. She is the most competent, loving, cheerful, caring nurse I have ever had."
