Jodi will go above and beyond for her staff and her patients in the surgery center. If she is short-staffed, Jodi will assist in the ASU/PACU as a nurse. There is never anything beneath her. Even though I am not staff under Jodi as my manager, she treats me and the other clerks like we are a part of her team. Jodi carries out the ICARE values each and every day. It is a pleasure to work in the surgery center with her!
