Jodi seemed to connect with the patient from the time they met. Her attitude towards him was amazing. She talked to him and treated him realistically. She told him he was safe and that he could relax. She kidded with him when he was having better days and got him to laugh. When he had his final surgery, he was agitated and angry when he came out of surgery. Jodi told me he was having issues. When he returned to his room, Jodi was with him, told him he was back in his room, and that he was safe. She and two other Nurses began getting him warm and relaxed so he could rest.

Her kind consideration of caring for my brother was outstanding. The other medical staff who treated him from the time he arrived were also amazing -- Jodi just stood out as to how she went about getting him to do what he needed to do and taking care of him. My family is very appreciative of the consideration and kindness she showed while he was a patient there.
