I was in the hospital for 10 days and was discharged home with a PICC line and had to go to infusion services daily. Jodi was one of the first staff to greet me and explained things to me. She was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my ordeal. I went daily for two and half weeks and there was rarely a day that she was not there. Always helping patients, answering phones, or training new staff. I am not sure if she is the manager, but she definitely seemed to be. I believe you can tell good management by the staff and this holds true with infusion services. Everyone was great and Jodi definitely deserves to be honored. Thank you all and god bless.
