I had the great pleasure of taking a call from the mother of a young patient following their recent experience in our Emergency Department at Holy Family Medical Center. The patient's mother described how wonderful Jodi was with her infant daughter, specifically how accommodating she was while she needed to change her daughter's diaper. She noted how gentle Jodi was while taking vitals and how Jodi took her time with them. While she noticed how the Emergency Department was extremely busy, she never once felt rushed during their visit.
