Jodi was the first nurse on shift after my daughter was admitted. She was very sensitive to how emotional and upset I was and took time to let me talk about our story. She was so compassionate and yet was able to help me feel positive and confident about my daughter's condition by noting small milestones of improvement. She and the assistants helped me truly feel safe and in good hands. My concerns were never dismissed and my input was considered if changes were made to respiratory care. My observations were heard and considered.
