Jodi is described as going above and beyond to ensure patients receive the excellent care they deserve. One example is her advocacy for a patient to ensure comfort after an intubation. As a prior OB nurse, she is a tremendous resource when co-workers need assistance caring for new parents and newborns. One co-worker had a patient who miscarried, and Jodi was helpful in managing the care of the mother and baby. She assisted another co-worker in reassuring new parents whose newborn was sick. Jodi displays compassion and caring to both patients and families.
