This was from a staff member who ended up in the Emergency Department:
. . . very professional and kind. The nurse, JP was in right away, the ambulance and JP had a good hand off report . . . I thought JP was very proficient in the computer and patient interaction (both occurring at the same time). He told me exactly what was going to happen and when the physician would be in . . . after the tests were run and physician gave me the results, JP came back in and to do the discharge. Thank you for all you do every day.
