Jody Figge, RN

I was going in for a heart cath that could lead to open heart surgery, and anxiety and fear were high. We saw a familiar face in Jody Figge, who was not even scheduled to be at work but was called in. Even though not scheduled to be a part of my procedure, she saw how nervous my family and I were and immediately stepped in to be part of the team. This, in turn, relieved much anxiety and gave us all a sense of calm!
We will forever be grateful for her actions, care, love, concern, warmth, and faith!
