Jody has the ability to adapt to any situation on the spot. He can relate to anybody. Jody managed my mother's care plan and she can be very needy. He was very communicative with our family and helpful. He had a great sense of humor with us and my mother. That said, he can also adjust his personality quickly if he sees that the situation is more somber. My mother felt like she was Jody's most important patient and Jody knows the family members by name. He took extra special care of us.

Jody also went to visit my mother at her nursing home. He was not asked, he just took the initiative and wanted to visit with her. He also left a sweet note for the family that he had been there and was thinking of them. He told mom that he had come by another day and she had been sleeping, my mother said that he should have woken her.

Our family was very touched that Jody wanted to see her after her discharge.
