Our family felt Jody went above and beyond normal expectations in keeping our loved one comfortable during their end-of-life journey. Not only was Jody there for our loved one, but she was there to help me and the other members of my family. Jody always made herself available to help us navigate hospice care, as a family and for our loved one. She always communicated effectively whether it was a phone call text or email. As far as Jody’s willingness to always help, I do not know if we would have been able to endure the end-of-life journey (at home) without her.
