Jody took time to explain to my son and the family things the doctor should have come back and explained. She was kind and caring, never in a hurry, and always smiling. Jody made a difficult diagnosis a bit easier to take with her caring attitude. All nurses should care like this. She even got his MRI done before his EGD.
