I was so stressed out due to not knowing if my husband was going to surgery. I was walking in the halls confused and in need of coffee, exhausted physically and mentally.
Jody helped me mentally and was very compassionate as my family members haven't yet arrived. She made my night very comfortable. I felt safe and after hours she helped me get coffee and find my way.
She is a very excellent, compassionate and caring person.
