Joe is the definition of an excellent Nurse. Exceptional communication skills by explaining everything before my cholecystectomy. He took the time to sit with me when my family wasn't around. He was caring and compassionate. He managed my pain by hourly rounding. He treated me as if I was his only patient (which that wasn't true). Joe has exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Joe.
